MOLAARK currently delivers orders exclusively within the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not offer shipping to any other countries or regions at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Arab Emirates: 3–5 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown to the customer prior to completing the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to misuse
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products that have been opened
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging may be required for verification.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with order details. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Exchanges

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
