What is MOLAARK?
MOLAARK is an online shopping store offering a wide range of products including home and kitchen essentials, electronics, fashion, beauty, baby products, toys, tools, and lifestyle items. We serve customers exclusively in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Where do you operate and ship?
We currently ship only within the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.


Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout by completing the payment process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online prepaid payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is under development and will be available soon.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days within the UAE
  • 4–7 business days within Saudi Arabia

Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, or operational factors.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in original packaging, and meets our return eligibility criteria.

What items cannot be returned?
Used items, damaged items due to misuse, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Are your products new and authentic?
Yes, all products sold on MOLAARK are brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, and our support team will assist you promptly.
