Accepted Payment Methods
MOLAARK currently accepts secure prepaid online payment methods available at checkout. All payments must be completed in full before order processing begins.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is currently under development and is not available at this time. We are actively working to introduce COD as a payment option in the near future for customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices and totals are shown clearly before payment confirmation.

Payment Security
We prioritize transaction security. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted third-party payment gateways to protect customer payment information. MOLAARK does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing purchase details. Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. Customers are encouraged to retry using a valid payment method or contact their payment provider for assistance.

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. MOLAARK reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies, with prior customer notification.

Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method only. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, MOLAARK reserves the right to verify payment details and cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
