Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to misuse
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging may be required for verification.

Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with order details. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is currently not available. Refunds will be issued only through the original prepaid payment method.

MOLAARK reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
